Does anyone have any suggestions for warm weather mountain biking in December (in the U.S.)? My husband and I are wanting to get away from the Dallas area for a few days at the beginning of December to do some mountain biking in an area that's not so cold/wet. Any ideas?

If you come out to Vegas, you could hit the trails here (Cottonwood, Bootleg....)and go out and Party at night.
