I just bought a used tirade frame and am trying build it up right now(today). I ran into a snag. Can't figure how to run the front derailleur cable. Does anyone have a tirade and can take a picture or the run? Am i missing a part that goes under the BB tube? Because i see that it is supposed to run under the bottom tube but i don't see where it goes from there.

thanks! The K2bike.com site has pix that show all the cables routed along the TT. Maybe you got another year's frame, but they don't tend to change stuff like that.

I have a 2004 5.0......I believe i am missing the cable run piece that was attatched to the bottom of the BB tube. I will do some more investigating....thanks for the reply

I will do some more investigating....thanks for the reply under the BB, on bikes with a bottom pull derailleur, there is usually a plastic shoe that the cable threads through. I would say call K2 and ask them. If you're really nice and unassuming, they may just send you one.

IMO, this is a really crappy way to run the front derailleur cable. They tend to get dirty and always feel a bit draggy/cruddy.
