Ibex has a great deal going on for the entry level Ignition at just $299.

That's a pretty good price considering that the Ignition frame was selling for around that same price.

how will this bike measure up to driving in the city? Will the wheels go taco on me? Can it handle jumping the curbs?

I am still sort of a newbie and what to get an idea of what makes a bike a strong bike.

I did taco a front wheel (from being a complete moron - slaloming on the stock Alexrims of my Ignition-2 was a bad idea)

It's hard to beat the price of the Ignition-1 with the current deal. I'm excited to see what the 2005 Ignition does though. If it does well, I may just have to order a 2005 Ignition and swap my components on to it ;)
