This wednesday Sept. 29th the District of North Vancouver will be having an open house to discuss and get input on their proposal for the future of Mt. Fromme.This will include the Future Of Mountain Biking on Mt. Fromme.

The District has worked over the past few months with various stakeholder and user groups and the general public to develop the Vision and Value statements and to identify the Issues and Opportunities for the Mountainside region. Building upon our earlier success, and following the principles of the established Vision and Values, the objective for this Open House will be to present the analysis and synthesis of recently completed environmental studies and to outline a "draft" proposal for a series of Management Zones and a Strategy for addressing the issues and managing recreational demand and growth in the Mountainside/Alpine area of the District.
