So, it's not friday, but I've been waiting for the new forum to post this poll. I have a tough time keeping the weight down between Thanksgiving and New Years. Well, it's past new years and I made it through and only gained 9 lbs.
How bad did all the fun and food beat you up?

i think im in the zero category(pun intended?). I might have lost a few due to all the working out I was doing, so, I took off the fat and added the same amount in muscle?

I needed to loose 10 pounds and didn't want to add the usual holiday 5 on top of that. I did the south beach thing (phase 1 for 1 week, phase 2 for 1 week. that phase 1 is tough!) between thanks giving and xmas. I'm trying to get back into it and drop another 5-7 pounds. It's hard to stick to when you know you don't need to loose much weight :rolleyes:
After my ride yesterday, I had pizza and beer. Not doing to well so far.

Ahhhhhh.......
I was down to 225 from 240 after graduating HS and returning to MTB riding after playing football for 3 years. In that sport they want you to gain weight, but that's stupid.
Now I'm back to 230 after Christmas :(
Time to ride more and eat a little better!

Fat is as Fat does. I got down to about 207 but I started last season at 220. All muscle baby! Ok, maybe not.
I was down to 195 a few years ago, I'm shooting for 200 by march and maybe 190 by the end of the season.
