The 3rd Pisgah Adventure Race is coming on May 17th. This is a two man team endurance orienteering race of mighty proportions. Racers have to navigate to 4 of 5 checkpoints in the heart of Pisgah National Forest. Mostly singletrack with no pavement and little to no fireroads. Routes will vary from 45-70 miles. Plus I'd want some-one to be able to assure me that you could pull off upwards of 70 miles of Pisgah. Teams of two are $50. $70 day of race but I doubt there will be any spots left, day of.
