Hey all,

When I purchased my frame recently was the manual and a quality control record that was attached to it. No sign of a warrenty card as mentioned by the manual. Now I contacted the bike shop where I bought it from and they said that it didn't matter - all I needed was my original receipt. I pushed for it anyway and today received another quality control record which I presume they have ripped off another frame.

My question is is this quality control record the actual warrenty card as they are trying to pass it off as or am I right in thinking that it's different and should actually say 'warrenty card' on it!

I'd contact Rocky directly but as I live in the UK the toll free number isn't exactly toll free and writing would take a while..

Thanks.

Go to www.bikes.com and register your bike online. It works just like the warranty card.

Call me dumb but where on that site do you register it? I can't find any link.

http://www.bikes.com/about/warranty.aspx

on the right, you will see a link to "Register Your Rocky"

If the link doesn't work, then go to www.bikes.com, click on English, click on About, then click on Warranty. That should lead you to the same page. Hope that helps.

Hey i just just registered my ETSX on the rocky mountain website. and when i was reading the warrenty thing it said that you can void it by add new components to your bike. now doesnt that sound really dumb.
