Hoping to get cranks and bb before my new 03 frame get here, anyone know the bb size?


I got some great deal on a couple of frames, an 02 Eureka for $75 (ebay), and an 03 Komodo for $150 (smartcycles.com).

The Komodo will require a 68x113. I have been riding my Komodo as a single speed for about a year now, very light and agile. You should consider finding your magic gear combo so you do not have to run a tensioner, 32x18 works great on mine in our conditions. You should also think about quality cassette spacers like Spot Brand instead of the temporary plastic or pvc jobs. The frame geometry is not best at climbing, so remeber that momentum is your friend.
