Taking a long weekend in the Rochester Hills area and want to know what to ride with my solo day. Not a huge fan of climbing, so any ideas with minimal elevation changes would be appreciated. Or let me know that this attitude will severely limit the fun I have in the area.

Bloomer is an awesome place to ride ..
.. located in Rochester Hills, so you're there.
Or you can ride Paint Creek Trail ..
.. it's a flat path. About 10 miles long, or so.
Actually, it's a lot longer than that, I think.
I'm not sure, I don't ride it that often.
It stretches from Rochester to Lake Orion.
Have fun!
The Paint Creek Trail basically kinda/sorta connects Bloomer Park and the trails at Bald Mountain Recreation area. Don't worry, it's not a real mountain in the normal sense of the word! Both have good MTB trails. Paint Creek is a rail trail but's a very pleasant ride because there's a beautiful babbling creek running alongside of it. It's a great way to warm up before hitting the MTB trails. I usually park in downtown Rochestor or at one of the many parking lots along the Paint. There is also more rail trail along the Clinton river that's connected to the Paint Creek trail that goes east into Macomb County to explore. Check out the MTB trail info. at www.mmba.org (http://www.mmba.org) and the rail trail info. at http://www.clintonrivertrail.org/ & http://www.paintcreektrail.org/.
Check out MtnMunchers post above for some ideas about riding in the area.
