johnbuzzardman 02-24-2008, 06:34 PM There's a picture of what it used to look like over in the pictures area. Changed out the Titus rims and Gimp seat since then, bent seat after a crash and now have a nearly indestructable brooklyn machine works in it's place. Do I downhill? Not specifically, but I don't like replacing broken stuff when I fall down, which I do...

Just been looking at the TFR on the Nicolai website. From what I can gather the TFR has the same rear travel to the FR with a top level of 170mm for forks yet you run the Totem at 180mm. How does this feel and what does it do to the angles? I am really thinking of a totem for my FR and wondering if the Air version set at 170mm would be the way ahead, or even the coil at 180mm for FR DH duties. Can you let me know how you found the Totem on your TFR and perhaps hypothesise a comparrison to the FR. Cheers buddy:thumbsup:
splatman 04-20-2008, 09:40 PM Aloha. If you guys don't mind me asking, how much does the Nucleon G-box frame cost? (I couldn't get the currency converter to work right, kept saying like 8 grand and I know it can't cost that much)
Cheers.

It's rec retail price in Euros is 5295.00, which is around 8K USD for the frame, but keep in mind, that has a rear hub, no front or rear Der is need, no shifters etc, but yes it is expensive for sure....

Whafe 06-27-2008, 12:22 AM Sweet looking build. Removing the Gravity Dropper would drop a 0.5Kg maybe....
That is a very respectable weight for this bike....
