Did anyone ride Johnson last weekend? How high is the cowparsnip? Overall trail conditions?

Pam, Carlos & I rode out to Bench Lake and back, last saturday.
Overall the trail was great, with only a couple of wet sections.
The cow parsnip was about knee high,.. & I still have welts on my shins from it.
i'd suggest taking some gators or shin guards.
It was an excellent ride~ A beutiful day, & 85-90 degrees~!
I'll post a few pics later. I don't have time to re-format, re-size & upload the pics right now, since i'm at work.

the trail was very fast and the weeds were knee high, and in some places elbow high, i woukd add to robtron advice, that long sleeves would be a great idea.
if the kids are going with you, it would be especially important to cover the arms and legs.
