I've had my Large Plus for two months now and ride pretty frequently. There were a few things that I've noticed and wonder if anyone else has experienced.

1) - Has anyone noticed a clicking noise when going over bumps? These are not necessarily large bumps, but anything that makes the shock compress.

2) - I've read the threads that about the shock/link failure and have experienced my back tire rub my seat tube when going off of 2-4' drops. The first time it happened, my shock was at the recommended psi for my weight. I now keep my shock at 15 psi more than the recommended psi and have still noticed the rub when going off the same type of jumps/drops. Should I be worried and get the new link?

3) - I can't seem to find the recommended psi for the Relic fork. I weigh 175 lbs. Anyone know?

4) - I've been in a few crashes on my bike. I'm not sure if this was caused by it, but when I turn my handlebar to the right, I notice a feint knocking noise possibly coming from the headset, the fork, the wheels, or the tires. There doesn't seem to be any unusual friction and it seems to handle the same. Any ideas?

5) - What's the highest drop you've taken your HiFi off?

thanks in advance...

1- no, haven't had that on my Hifi
2- I haven't used up all my travel yet, but if you tire is hitting the seat tube and your PSI is at the recommended level or even higher then you are doing everything right. If the frame folds up its the bike's fault not yours...hello warranty.

4- could be the cables shifting in the tabs they slide into..??

Apex, thanks for the reply. I actually brought my bike in to the shop to have it looked at and they tightened everything and trued my wheels. When i tested it out in the parking lot of the bike store, everything seemed fine and much tighter, but when i took it out for a ride later on, I could still hear the noise. I took my wheel off and noticed that the outside bolts on the hub were loose, causing my tire to shift laterally. hence the knocking noise. I tightened it and hopefully that cures the problem.

Thanks again! Happy trails.

Anyone know where there is a recommended air pressure chart for the rear - or know the percentage of body weight recommended? Saw some manuals on the GF site, but didn't see anything on the HiFi.

Scroll down to the sixth post and the GF Shock Bulletin is linked as an attachment.

I have it , but can't attach it because of size.
