Anyone have set up suggestions for the rear Manitou shock on the Supercal 29er. I am running air pressure about 2/3 of rider weight but not sure if that is correct. Sag is probably 1/4" on the shocks shaft. Rebound set at about the 2/3 point to fastest setting. I get a little bob unless I slow down rebound a lot.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Sorry I can't help with your question, so I hope you don't mind the minor hijack. Which way do you turn the knob on the rear shock to increase rebound?

I asked GF the same question and was told clockwise. I think they meant clock wise when viewed from the front of the bike. That seemed to slow the rebound up for me. Also, i was told to run the shock at 2/3 psi to body weight in pounds for the 26" version. I now run slightly under that and it feels pretty good. Much lower and it bobs, much higher and it feels harsh. I would play with the air pressure to figure it out as the 29er probably has a different (higher) set point as the chain stay is longer, but the shock mount to frame pivot point doesn't appear to be longer than the 26er.
