What's a summer without a chance to hang out out with other riders and enjoy some fine trails? CAMBR (http://www.cambr.org), the Chicago Area Mountain Bikers, is celebrating their 10th Anniversary with a Palos Picnic... food, rides, a Bike Olympics with prizes, and more rides! It's at Wolf Road Woods, the grove/lot two south from the Bullfrog Lake MTB staging area in the Palos forest preserve. If you see the Palos map on our website (link on the homepage (http://www.cambr.org)), the staging area has a yellow line calling it out.

The Palos Epic ride leaves at 9:30am, and the casual and challenge rides leave at 10am and again in the late afternoon. We provide the meat and grills, you provide a side dish and drink (no bottles in the preserve). Cash donations appreciated.

Come to ride, jeer the Bike Olympians, and have a great time!!

I'll be there. This is a great way to see Palos and all the progress made there in the past ten years, and especially in the last three. It's a boatload of fun. BTW, workday tomorrow morning at 9.
