Very nice! Makes me want to try that with my video camera. But I'm sure it is a lot harder than still photography. I wish I had my video camera for the jumping contest. But I don't feel very confident in that medium and I may have ended up with just a whole lot of crappy footage.

This is one of many videos I posted. It is the womens circuit race during the storm on Saturday. The conditions on the track were so bad, that the race was stopped and cancelled. But not before the women took a pounding from the storm. running time: 3' 56 minutes

Joking aside, that was a really nice video. One of my dreams is to be in chase vehicle/lead vehicle in a road race. like on the back of a moto watching it.

My campsite backed up to the track, and I watched that misery sitting in the back of my suv. wondering how much longer until they call the race.

Thanks. It was pretty bad. At least you were in your suv. I was out there filming that mess. The dh stuff looks cool too. Too bad I missed it I was doing the XC race on Sunday and then ran over to the Santa Cruz Race.

I got the perfect thing. filming from the back of one of those moto's... but.... on the Downhill course!

...in my years of experience I had no idea that sea otter had an event on the red bull rampage course...they must've racked up some serious frequant flier miles to get the competitors flown from Monterey to Utah. :skep:
