Could someone who has actully owned or seeen one of these beatiful frames please tell me if they all came with the horizontal drop outs in the rear?

I have a chance to pick one up for cheap and thought it might make a nice singlespeed bike.

my '91 has horiz. drops. Only about 1" deep but it works enough for my SS.
