My buddy and I were just talking about that post.....and the ride potential out there. I am a definate maybe for one of the three days.

if you tried to link them both you'd be out there for quite a while.

I'll be in Flagstaff for the weekend then on the Joe and Donna ride at Cedro on monday. Have fun, it's a great ride.

I'm heading to seattle for the weekend, otherwise i'd be in. the weekend after maybe?

Scott, I can't afford the time this weekend, but if you could push it to the following Saturday, I'd be up for it. If not, have fun and give us a report!

I would gladly delay the Jemez trip until next weekend, actually I would just ride this weekend and next weekend because I am kind of selfish, but, I already have some epic length rides planned for the following weekend..in Pisgah..anyone want to join me there?

we will be in your neighborhood from june 6th-16th and if your Pisgah trip is after that then Gabe and i would be very happy to show you around.
Of course it would be nice if you could show us around a little bit while we are in NM.

I will post my cell# next week and give some general areas/ days we will be where.
Gabe and i can both ride all day( maybe slowly but we can keep on turning the pedals)

I leave for NC on June 4, expect to get into Asheville late on the 5th or early Sunday. Wanna ride all day Sunday, Monday and Wednesday afternoon. And maybe the following Friday, Saturday and SUnday. I get back into NM on June 14.

I'm sure that you won;'t have any trouble finding someone to show you a few trails though.

btw, it'll be ,my first time riding the Pisgah area.

just shy of 8 hours..riding Dome wilderness from (and returning to) LA. Spent most of the dya lost but it was fun. Pix and write-up later

might be up for a repeat on Monday if there is interest..

I'm up to ride there again..For anyone that doesn't know the area, I'll be the first to admit that I don't either. I'm pretty sure that I rode Crosstown yesterday (twice,once in each direction), but I spent most of the day just riding w/o any idea of which trail I was on. It was still pretty spectacular.

If you are interested, post here (just to get others to come out and play) and call me at four one two hyphen two four zero two. You'll probably get voice mail, but I'll try to get back to set a time for tomorrow.

If anyone wants extra mileage, let me know. It takes about two hours to ride from here to there (the last 3-4 miles are on NM4, but we can single/double track the rest of it). I'd guess that covers 3000-4000 vertical feet.
