K, I've been to Interbike in the past, but this is my first year of the Demo. What should I be bringing? Do I bring my own pedals? Or does everyone just ride flats.
Also, this is probably a dumb question, but do I need my interbike pass for the demo? (I might be sharing it)

You can not ride without a helmet. However there will be booths where you can demo helmets. Pearl Izumi and Crank Bros will have shoes and pedals to demo, however they could run out of your size. I would bring pedals and shoes. Bikes won't have water bottle cages, so a hydration pack is a must.

If you must, bring your own body armor, but please don't be the guy who crashes and has to be hauled away in an ambulance. I've seen it at least once every year. Remember, this is an industry event, so old-man owners will be out riding with you, take it easy on them.:nono: :D

Heh, well I'm pushin' 40 myself and I'm only bringin' my Roach DH knees - standard XC gear for my north western neck of North America. Better safe than sorry when demoing DH bikes!!:)
