I'd like to see the Ti tube to be the same diameter as the other two tubes.
The problem w/ that video is that the direction of load is way wrong for
a carbon tube. The fibers on that carbon tube run lengthwise. That is the
direction the tube is supposed to take load (take a straw and push it
at the ends it resists well, then push at the sides it crushes easily).

By using a smaller diameter tube, with what looked like a thicker wall.
It is going to resist crushing much better.

Not impressed...:rolleyes: Don't get me wrong, ti is strong as hell, but
that demonstration was off.
