Hey, my 5th element air rear shock keeps leaking. I work at a shop that deals with ironhorse. Should I call ironhorse directly? or do I need to go through 5th element?
Is there a quick fix for this seemingly common problem?

The quickest way would be to call Progressive directly. It could be one of a couple different things. They would be best able to answer your question.

I heard they were having some problems with the early batchs of the 5th but that progressive has fixed it and was fixeing all the affected shocks. I heard they dealt with it pretty well so like Ska Todd said talk to them first. Also let us know how things went. I just got a 5th and was hoping my shock wasn't going to end up having the same problem.
