I need a stem with a slightly lower than 40mm clamp height and a regular size bar clamp. Everything I've found so far that lists the clamp height is also 31.8-size clamp (Thomson X4, FSA OS series, etc). Based on my measurements 35-38mm high would be perfect.

I suppose I could go to a 31.8 bar, but I really like the Azonic I have now.

Also, I'd like to find something that is reasonably easy to find (ie, I know the Avid Saago only needed something like 28mm, but they never made one in the size I need).
