I just bought four of these for $4.99 each. Shipping was a little steep @ $13.99 (especially since I'm only about 200 miles from these folks). The total w/shipping was $33.95 or about $8.50 each. Now that's a great deal! Mount it on a board, to the bed or rail or however you like. Hard to beat a secure way to carry four bikes in the bed of a truck or back of a van or SUV for under $10 each. BTW, I'm not connected with ediscountbike. Just bought several items from them and am very satisfied. They run alot of dutch auctions and you can pick up stuff pretty cheap.
