My friend and his girlfriend just pulled this off this weekend. You can't see the landing in this pic but the tranny was really smooth and they landed it like it was nothing. Notice the no-hander in the back.

Its obvious why they landed it - the GF's shirt flew up acting like a parachute. With that amount of surface area I bet they had almost no airspeed at all when they hit the ground.

I think tandem riding is the future of freeride. No only is the difficulty higher but it opens up a whole new bag of tricks ie. The Switcheroo (switching places in mid air).

you guys do realize that in this case that shirt(tent) wasnt actually used as a tent. it was tied to certain undergarments and used as a parachute to allow for the rather safe lading. this would most likely explain the sweet no hander. ... and the rather blury edges...

Actually the burry edges are because they were going so fast. I didn't anticipate that much speed so my shutter was set a bit slow. It was this same extrodinary speed that caused some of the spokes (especially the front wheel) to distort somewhat. You guys should have been there because they really did hit it at top speed.
