I was planning on heading up to a friends cabin up close to the Allegheny National Forest & was looking for some good trails to ride my bike, if they are in OK condition. (no rain, no rain, no rain!)

I have read good things about Kennerdell, and not so good things about any of the ATV/Bike Trails in the ANF.

Anyone familiar with any good singletrack up there? TIA

Pick up the Allegheny National Forest hiking guide($12) and an admistrative map($4) of the forest for trails in that area. As for near Cook Forest nothing in the state park but some nice empty trails in the nearby Clear Creek State Forest, maybe 6-8 miles of trails.
