Anyone read the article in MBA about this? Wonder what will happen....

looks like litespeed will honor the tomacs warrenty,
my tomac eli(6 months old) developed cracks around the welds that support the seat.
its really sad,it was a awesome bike.

i sould be recieving a niota al frame as a replacement.
If you have a tomac eli,please inspect your welds.
