i ride in roanoke, va a lot. carvins cove and on the parkway. franklin county also has some good trails, I've been wanting to go to pandapas, i've only heard good things about those trails and the trails on brush mountain also. if you want more local info go to www.bikeva.com and subscribe to the mailing list. If you want to meet up and go for a mtn bike ride at pandapas, that would be awesome. PM me if your interested, otherwise I'm still gonna go check out the trails up there, SOON. I would consider myself an intermediate rider.
