I know that this is a small niche, but I think it would be appreciated -- and used. There is a Yahoo group, Double Forte (http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/DOUBLE_FORTE/), that has several hundred members. I am in the process of building a double suspension tandem, and would love to have a MTBR forum to ask questions and show it off in!

In my opinion, Yahoo groups suck, and MTBR would be a better tool. Any chance of getting a tandem specific forum created?
