I've been trying to call the number on Ibex's site for about two weeks now and nobody has answered the phone. I also sent an email to their info@ibexbikes.com address and haven't heard back. It isn't regarding a purchase, however I still usually hear back pretty quick.

Anyone know if something is going on?

They're usually on top of things. Very unlike them.

Don't know why your having a problem, my brother spoke to them yesterday on the phone about a shipping error on my order. Maybe you are calling a old number or at odd times?

Apologies to anyone having had problems reaching us over the last couple of weeks. We're moving into new facilities and the toll-free number had not been transferred yet.

To further complicate matters, I was away on vacation and handling call backs from the road the best I could. 90% of all messages were returned within a couple of days, but some could not be. There is something about answering machines that makes folks want to leave long, winding messages and then forget to leave a call-back number or speak very slowly about the issue and then leave a rushed and unintelligible phone number.

I'm back now (as of 06/06/05) and the toll-free number, 1-888-741-1464, is being answered live as much as possible during regular office hours (M-F 9-5 EDT).
