Last fall I jumped on the single speed bandwagon with a used Bianchi. After catching THAT bug I knew the 29er was the next virus I would catch, so I sold the Bianchi and will most likely be ording a new Niner next week.

They offer a pretty sweet deal with the parts combo and I think I'll be ordering the frame, wheels & Reba combo and I still need to decide on the color.

Anyone else placed a Niner order yet? Mine will be finished off with Avid mechanicals, Thomson post & stem, CK headset, Stylo cranks, Crank Bros pedals, and the tires have yet to be determined.

Any 29er tire recommendations for midwest hardpack cross country dirt? Shiggy?
