X Wide cycling shoes?? Anyone, anyone?

Are there any cycling shoe companies that make shoes in 4EEEE? I'm a 12/12.5 4eeee. I haven't found a single shoe out there in my size. I've barely found any that are 2ee (wide). Any ideas? Are there any companies that will do custom shoes for under, say, $300? Thanks

I'm a 9 EEE and found the SIDI Dominator Max to be comfy.

The Sidi wide size is actually called "Mega" not "Max," they're great, but they're a "one size fits all" wide -- e.g., you can't get D or E, it's just "Mega."

Lake makes semi-custom shoes in a variety of widths:

But they're pricey and you need to live near a dealer to get the vacuum-custom fit. If you get to that point, seems like it's worth the extra $100 to pop for full custom:

    D2 (d2customfootwear.com) or Rocket 7 (http://www.rocket7.com/)

I'm contemplating a pair of D2's for next year...

My feet are two different sizes and two different widths, and not by a small margin. Nothing fits me fine.
