What shoes will work with my clipless pedals?

    Hello,
I just bought a used mountain bike which I believe has time clipless pedals...
Are they compatible to Shimano SPD?
What shoes can I get to go with these pedals...

Any stores in the Brampton area (Mississauga, Oakville, etc...) that anyone can recommend that would have a relatively cheap pair of mb clipless shoes?

    Thanks.

No, shimano and time use different cleats. But most MTB shoes are compatible with different cleats though.

I've had good service from Skiis&Bikes on Dundas West. And they seem to have good selection of shoes and stuff in general. However, I feel Silent Sports in Thornhill has the most down-to-earth shopping atmosphere around TO.

    They are WPD-823...by wellgo
Found out they are SPD compatible...very cheap units but good enough...
Any recommendations for a pair of compatible shoes that look kinda like hiking shoes?

    Thanks.

If you can get downtown to TO, MEC has quite a few cycling shoes to choose from, and you can also get cleats there aswell (If you don't already have them). As far as what shoe would be best, I'd say get the shoe that fits the best within your budget. (mec has some relatively inexspensive Lake brand shoes that may fill the bill)
it tied the room together man!
