Troy lee design gloves Ė rubber emblems are hurting my knuckles

I bought a pair of TLD gloves and I find the rubber emblems are pushing into my knuckles. Itís painful and very distracting when Iím riding. Any ideas on how to alleviate the pain? Or is there a way to remove the rubber emblems? Perhaps using a steamer on high setting a to pull the rubber away from the gloveís fabric.

I do not know if this may help,

But when I get work gloves, that have rubber protection behind the wrist and knuckles they are not as pliable and hinder my grip.

I take a razor blade and carefully cut slits into the protection, being careful not to cut the actual glove, and this provides more range of motion and makes them more pliable.

    Just a thought.

thats a great idea. less destructive than trying to remove the rubber with a steamer. i'll give it a shot.

    thanks.
