I decided to get back into biking again after a long break not biking.. (i started playing sports instead.. but got bored so wanna do biking again) i got one problem tho when i bike after a while my arch of the foot starts hurting against the pedal.. this hadn't happened before.. anyway is there anything i can do.. like buy some arch support insoles for this? Or will it eventually strengthen around the arch and no need? Any ideas.. thanks guys!
Seen some cool one: nh insoles wonder if these will do for me... if they dont not like im gonna be outta pocket much.
