    Sharing my simple fix for a poor design by 5-10.
    Adding a grommet makes all the difference. $10 at the local shoe repair and no more scrubbing the cranks.

    nice fix but are the laces too short to wrap around like a work boot/hockey skate?

    Yes, but I prefer having both options with a hi top. It seems odd that they didn't provide the normal lace option on this.

    Yeah I love my Danny macaskill's. The laces on those are real long after double knotting
