    Shoes for xtr m980 pedals

I have had some slight compatibility issues involving the sole/pedal interface before (even with shoes that were spd compatible, but need some sole grinding in places).

I'm looking at shoes along the lines of Spec comp/expert, Sidi Dominators, Shimano SH-XC60 or SH-M240L. Any of these play particularly well (or poorly) with the new xtr race pedals (m980's)?

I have the Spec Expert with the 980's and they work well.

I have the Sidi Dominator women's shoes and have used the m970s and now the m980s. I had someone cut out some of the sole around the cleat with a Dremel and they work great.

This may not be of much help but I have XT, not XTR, with the specialized comps and they fit perfect. Not sure how different the XT vs XTR's are...
