    Shoes w/t out clips

I have welgo mg-1 pedals and I want my feet to not realy slip off so much I like the FiveTen Men's Spitfire shoes but I am 14 and my feet are still growing what would be a good substitute for them

Hmmm, If you dont want to invest in a pair of shoes, id say it might be best to get a grippier set of pedals that will last. The ones i use are Straitline DeFacto Pedals. They have 14 pins per side and large surface area so no matter what shoe i use slippage is usually minimal. They can be a little bulky, but they are incredibly strong and will last you as you grow.

As for shoes i'd recommend anything with a solid, thick sole, kinda like a five ten, with a grip pattern that is spaced out. Shoes with very fine grip patterns i find are worse when riding flat pedals and tend to slip more.

Thats about as much as I can help.

    Goodluck!

Any skate shoe should help without costing you a fortune. The down side is they tend to have a more flexible sole. At 14 you might not notice it. For me at 45, I rode my with a pair of skate shoes for about 2-3 months and the bottom of my feet were starting to hurt, so I end up with some 5-10s.

if you watch, you can get fiveten freeriders for under $60. a decent pair of skate shoes is going to cost you near that price anyway.
