Replacing my Adidas Adistar Ultra Xc Shoes

So I'm getting back into cross country riding again. I purchased a pair of Adidas Adistar Ultra XC shoes a few years ago and never liked them. I was supposed to be getting a pair of Shimano's and they had run out so I took the Adidas in their place. The Adidas I have are too narrow for me. When I put them I only feel slight pressure but it feels like the sole is not wide enough for my foot. I was thinking of going with something in a Shimano such as the XC-60? Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. I will probably go and try a few on before I buy...

Anyone have any experience with the Shimano M240L? Seems like a pretty good deal!

Yes, the AdiStar is made for skinny, Euro feet...LOL. Actually, I found them to be quite stiff and comfy. The materials however, tear apart like paper mache. Adidas no longer makes them.

What size is yours? I may be interested...

Mine are a size 11. I actually put some wedges in them as well as a pair of Superfeet and haven't had any issues in about 40-50km of riding!
