    Padded Liner AND Compression wear?

Is it ok to wear compression wear as underwear, then a padded liner on top of that (then finally baggies on top)?

If you're comfortable riding like that, then yes it's fine. Just be forewarned that you may find that set up to be binding, as well as causing overheating.
The ridiculousness of cycling clothes increase exponentially in relation to the distance from your bicycle.

I agree, try it and see if it's comfortable for you. I'd think all those layers would be too hot, but then again I'm a Florida rider. Don't know what sort of climate you ride in.

Ok, so I tried out this combination on a 10hr hillclimb/descent. Halfway up the hill, I took the padded liner off from over my compression wear. The compression wear does a great job keeping you cool and your legs breathing, and I think the liner inhibited this. So my legs felt better, but my backside got sore because of the lack of padding afterwards.

I think the next upgrade for me will be a softer saddle
