    New mtb shoes and pedals

I am making the change over the winter to clipless pedals.

I ordered Cannondale Roam and Shimano M520 pedals.

Now I need to find a flat grassy area...

try trackstands all day, just with platforms, thats how you get better at anything--practise,then try clipped in.its like saying dont try a jump for 6mnths if your new to clipless, just hit it,and be on guard,

I was ssuggesting that you need to be careful at first, get used to clipping in and out before you try something dangerous. Never said wait 6 months.
