New "Met" brand full face helmet, supposed to debut at Eurobike, but I can't find it.

The Met Parachute was discontinued, and the replacement was supposed to debut at Eurobike 2013 trade show (just now finished).

I have been unable to find a Met Parachute for sale, so I have been eagerly awaiting this new one.

Anybody know any more about this?

I emailed them originally a month ago and they responded that it would debut at Eurobike. When I didn't find anything, I emailed them again asking if they had a link to any information.

    No response so far.

Same here, pretty much. There is a Met Parachute (medium) on ebay right now, but I need a large. Maybe you could use a medium?

No thanks. I was hoping for an improved version. I wouldn't buy the Parachute after looking into it.

I also didn't want the MET after researching these lightweight full face helmets. I did buy a Cratoni C-Maniac from CRC and had it sent to the States. Very lightweight, well vented, not much to the padding though and even with the retention snugged down the shell still moves around a bit. Overall not bad and will at least help deflect an impact to the jaw/cheek area and that's all I expect from it. Still, if something better is out there I'd be interested.

Did you read the thread at all? The point of this thread was that no one has seen it yet, it was SUPPOSED to be debuted at EuroBike but apparently wasn't
