Need MTB jacket for big guy

    I'm 5'9 212lbs. I'm looking for a jacket for 30-50 degrees.

I am "big" as well. I bought a Sugoi versa (on sale at my LBS for $70).

Versatile jacket as the sleeves come off to make it a vest.

Would obviously need something underneath for the temps you are talking about.

I generally prefer layers, with a windbreaking shell to cover it all when weather gets in the 30° to 50° range. Sometimes that will include something made from wool to cut down on the number of layers. Some good arm and leg warmers can help too.

If you just want a jacket with a 'big guy' cut, check this one out:

Seems like clothing was designed for chipmunks.

Often the arms are skinnier than the torso. Try on a Hincapie Fahrenheit jacket.
