Upset most durable shoe with clips

I just destroyed a pair of giro privaters. Toes hanging out and everthing.

I want a shoe that can take hike a bikes and some trail building.... lots of options. Five ten looks promising.. any one use the maltese falcon?

LAKE shoes have Vibram soles. Might be what you are looking for.

Also, use Armor All or leather protector on your new shoes. Makes the material last a little longer.

One more vote for Lakes. I hike-n-bike with Lakes year round.
MX100s are great for 30-45F Temps & waterproof, MXz302s for winter and the MX 165s for everything else.

Falcons are good, but if durable is what you want consider the Minnaars instead. Noticeably burlier.
