    Looking for a turtleneck

I'm looking for a turtleneck made of wicking fabric. It's easy to find one with a zipper, but I don't like the feel. I can also find, what they refer to, as a turtleneck without a zipper but it's really just a big collar that sags.

I'm looking for a non-zippered, full length, stay-up-on-your-chin-to-keep-you-warm sort of garment. I've gone to a number of outdoor and cycling shops over the years and have come up with nothing.

Some years ago, I was in an out of the way town in Tennesee which had a clothing mill and they had a barrel of these things for $1 each as they all were seconds which had rips in them (easily fixed). Why I didn't buy ten of them instead of three is beyond me and they are now wearing out.

Looks like there are a bunch here. Some can be fairly expensive, but they seem to fit the bill of what you're looking for.

Under Armor makes what they call a mock base layer much like you describe. I have one and love it!

So far, the Under Armor looks like the best option. Thanks for your suggestions.
