How do I wash my gear?

In particular a set of 661 kyle strait knee guards....

Do I just need to throw them in the washing machine then through the dryer or are there certain steps I should take?

    Thanks in advance!

Make sure the velcro straps are on securely and then toss them in the wash on a heavy duty cycle, then line dry. I use warm/cold and a sports detergent.

Cold water wash, no fabric softener, line dry or low temp in the dryer.
