Just back from 4 day mountain bike trip to Vancouver Island wilderness on old de-commissioned logging roads. Bike is Norco Wolverine and bike trailer a Maya Cycle single wheel. Towed load was 45 lbs and back pack weighed 10 pounds, 6 lb tent on rack plus light panier load coupla pounds. For clothing, I packed as light as I could with just one extra shirt, t shirt, pants. Problem is sweating considerably up and down tough terrain in cool 5 to 10 deg c / intermittant rainy weather which means usually a hoody under rain gear. Numerous shirt changes not an option. Just wondering what others wear for arduous back road stuff. Best on this trip I found was to just chuck the shirts to topless and put back on when at rest after sweating subsides... Thanks
