Full Face or not for highland

i saw another question just like this, but mine is for highland bike park. Should i wear a full face going downhill or not? ive had friends tell me no, and others yes. i am probably going to rent some leg/arm pads, and if i am going to use one, id rent a full face too. this is my first time to a park, but have done a lot of xc and jumps at home. i dont plan on doing anything crazy, because i tend to stay on the safe side of things. and if i was not to rent a full face, id wear my pro-tec helmet. what should i do?

full face. it isn't even a thought in my mind wether or not to wear one every time I go there. the only downfall of a full face is overheating and on a downhill place like that you don't have to worry about it cause you are always moving pretty quick.

Yes wear a full face. Its not just you, all the trails have people on heavy bikes riding much faster than usual.

Ask yourself this, Do you like your face the way it is?

If not, don't wear one. If yes, wear one.

seriously, you're gonna be cruising those flowy trails. Be smart, be safe.

I would like to suggest you to wear a helmet while riding whether that is full face or open face. Just secure yourself from any incident.
    Happy safe riding.

For anyone that doesn't think full-face is righteous ...

This helmet gave it's life for me in a crash at Mtn Creek two Sundays ago when I screwed up something on lower Ego Trip (appropriately named maybe).

I walked away with a minor scrape on my cheek bone from the inside of the helmet, and a concussion.

    But I walked away.

Oh yeah, definitely full face for lift assisted riding. I cracked a helmet riding slayer at mt creek last fall, and my body armor I'm sure has saved me on a couple occasions from what could've been broken ribs and shoulders or collarbones. If you have to ask...
