I have been a clipless rider for about 6 years now. Most of my riding has been XC due to living in Florida. Recently I have been frustrated with the clipless when it comes to jumping... I have gotten lazy! Now that I am moving to NC and have increased my desire to 'fly', I am seriously considering switching to flats all together... although I think I will miss being connected when climbing
I bought a pair of flats about 1 yr ago, but never really used them due to not having appropriate shoes. I am now considering the Five Ten Hell Cat SPD Shoe. This way I can use either my clipless or flats when riding (currently my budget only allows for 1 pair of shoes). I looked for reviews on the site, and there have only been one.
Do any of you have any experience with these shoes?
Have any of you done the big switch back to flats and: Loved it? Hated it?
& yes, I apologize for bringing up the clipless/flats topic once again.
Thanks for your time and help
