Endura and Hoss sizing question

My experience:
Oakleys run huge.
Troy Lees run small
Fox depends on the model.

Buying shorts online is a serious pita.

Looking for first hand accountsfromf Endura or Hoss owners.
Do these brands tend to run large, small, or true?

Hoss are notorious for being much smaller than they should be.

I picked up some Hoss Ponderosa shorts and the consensus was to buy a size larger than you normally would.

On paper I would normally be a Hoss L which is 32-35" waist (I'm a 32/33 waist) but I went with the Hoss XL 36-38" which fits like you would expect a 32-35" to fit.

Endura user here (Hummvee short and 3/4 Short) and they run small by about 1 size. So if you wear a med buy a lge.

Most reviews say to downsize because Enduras run big.

Read the reviews at Huck n Roll. My experience has been they run 1 size small which most said about the same. I like the snap-in liner and they have upgraded the belt. They run a bit warm, but have leg vents that you can unzip. I've gone almost 2 yrs on the shorts and about a year on the 3/4 shorts. I'm considering buying the pants for this winter so I guess I like them.

Endura's definitely run small bought a medium which I normally wear but had to take back for a large which fit perfect.

Haven't bought Hoss Ponderosa in a few years but the 3 or 4 pairs I did own ran smallish. I could barely make use of the belt for my stated size, plus the leggings are tighter than crap.

Anyhow I liked those shorts, they were just a tad tight.

Another user vouching for the fact that Endura's run small. Buy a size up.
