Hey guys I was wondering if anyone know where to get some custom jerseys made. Cross country and a loose fit downhill one as well. Thanks

We used a company called jakroo Jakroo Custom Cycling Apparel Home Jakroo Custom Apparel when we did our Tour de Cure jerseys and they were great. Of course that was for road bike jerseys....

Also check Primal Primal Custom Cycling Apparel | Jerseys, Bibs, Skinsuits and Outerwear[/QUOTE]

I've used Primal a number of times for a local non-profit. They are slow, but are the cheapest by far (of the name brand companies).

Voler, Primal, and other companies can make them for you but low quantities can be expensive. If you are only looking for one or two then you may want to get a blank jersey of your choice and have a t-shirt printer add the graphics for you.

Now if a T-shirt printer does it for you they just press the labels on and thats it?

We had a jersey done by a tshirt guy and he used some kind of computer silk screen type stuff. It was printed from computer art. I dont know exactly what it is but it works on Lycra. I guess it would depend on the printers equipment. Nice thing was that we had it printed and back to us in two days.

One year for our Tour de Cure team we used CustomInk and did the Performance T's which came out nice. Pretty reasonably priced and workable minimums

I've used Primal Custom for quite some time and quite a few designs. Min order is 25, reorders are 12.

No color limits, full photographic reproduction if you want to use an image, road and "urban" styles (and road comes in racer boy skin tight or "club" cut, or maybe they call it sport cut now, along with women's cut). They last a loong time and look fantastic.

Working with them is a breeze, too. They are very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Time-wise, plan on 8 weeks from final artwork approval to in-hand, though it can be less. Well worth the lead time planning. Oh, they are also pretty cool about moving the Primal logo to someplace that doesn't interfere with your design; not all are willing to do that... which to me, means it's not MY custom design!

Thanks! Only 2 are my own designs, the rest were drawn by others. I used up the limits of my "talent" in the first 2.

You can order one next year. We make them for our Team Navy RAGBRAI ride each year, but only order about 10 extras each year... and they're spoken for pretty fast. None left from this or any previous years. Send me a PM next year around March to remind me and I'll get you on our email distro.
