Contact Lenses - super dry while riding!

Anyone else wearing contact lenses get super dry eyes? My contacts will literally fall out on downhill sections, even when wearing glasses. I've had to resort to wearing downhill/motorcross goggles on descents to rectify the problem.

Anyone else having these problems? If I ride hard enough, this is happening on the flat XC trails too where wearing goggles just isn't feasible. What is everyone else doing? Surely, Im not the only one with this problem?

    Thanks!

I had that problem for a while. Switching brands solved the issue for me...and wearing sunglasses. You might consider daily disposable lenses. A buddy of mine resorted to prescription rudy project sunglasses and likes them pretty well.
At what point did you decide you needed more than 1 gear?

I have had this happen in the past, but it is more of an issue with cold and dry Winter air (we don't get cold Winter air here, but I do ski). It has not been an issue since I started using silicon daily disposables, but regardless of lens type, it may also mean you are not blinking when riding. It is a common problem. Sounds silly, but practice blinking more often like you would practice breathing on stressful DH runs
